French Countryside Buffet:

Hearts of Romaine with walnuts and croutons with a
Red wine vinaigrette dressing

Crudités platter

Apple and brie cheese mousse tartines
with grilled portabellas, roasted red peppers and chives

Pork loin roasted with shallots, mushrooms, white wine and fresh herbs

with a mushroom cream sauce

Poached salmon with a Mornay sauce

Assorted steamed vegetables

Riz a la printanière, steamed rice with a julienne of
mixed bell peppers, fresh peas, mushrooms

Chantilly potatoes

Assorted cheese mirror

Chocolate fondant with a raspberry coulis

Bananes flambées au rum,
Bananas flambéed in a citrus rum sauce,

BBQ Buffet:

Mixed organic green salad with red onion, cucumber, tomato, radishes and your choice of  ranch, blue cheese dressing or light Italian vinaigrette
